A Lexington man, who has been identified as Eddie Brannock, is in critical condition today after a bizarre incident this morning. Lexington police say that his head was pinned between a semi truck and a building. It occurred when Brannock was looking out of a loading dock while the tractor-trailer was backing up. The man was freed by the time emergency responders arrived on the scene.

Many people believe that accidents like these that occur at the work place are limited to workers compensation. In many circumstances, that is not all that is available to workers. They may have claims against drivers, contractors, and even manufacturers.
